RECREATION & TRAVEL SOCCER PARENTS – Some important information on our opening day activities and photo fund raiser:
* LOCATION – The photo fund raiser and opening day activities will be at Gardner Field Saturday September 9. The schedule for your child’s team is posted on our web site www.hubsoccer.org and has been given to your coach as well. We start promptly at 8:30 AM. Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time to get organized and give your order # confirmation email to Bishop Photo’s representative. Riverview School is a rainout location if needed.
* ORDERING PHOTOS – go to www.bishopphoto.com and click the option to pre-order photos. When prompted to enter a league code, our league code is Hubsoccer17 and this will bring the parent to a screen with several different packages and a ton of add-ons that can all be personalized with their child’s photo. Once the order is complete, parents will receive a confirmation email with the Bishop Photo order number that they will need to print out and bring with them. There will be a limited supply of paper order forms at the event, but not available before. Please order on line!
* VOLUNTEERS – We need help on opening day! It is a busy day for all so we are asking parents to assist in 1 hour shifts. Volunteering is not without its rewards: we are going to offer $50 HUB DOLLARS to a randomly determined volunteer to be used for HUB Soccer merchandise or towards a future travel or recreation registration. Also, a classic 2012 Red Bulls #5 soccer ball will be given to a volunteer. To sign up go to http://www.signupgenius.
* OPENING DAY IS PASSIVE FUND RAISING – We do our best to keep registration cost affordable for our recreation and travel parents, as well as including value added clinics and night time play under the lights. Opening day photos and concessions is a major fundraiser for us. Your photo purchase along with buying HUB Soccer clothing, food and beverages on opening day helps us do it.
